Job Description

A leading IT consultancy, Adecco, is seeking a highly skilled Cisco Lead Engineer to lead a small team supporting a key end client in the South West of England. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling TOIP/Telephony and videoconferencing issues, project work, and managing a small team.

Your Role:

  • Resolve complex Telephony/Videoconferencing Oriented Incidents at Level 2 and 3
  • Respond to specific hardware or application requests from the operations teams
  • Participate in Telephony/Videoconferencing Projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Assist the operations teams on an ad hoc basis, providing technical expertise and support
  • Ensure the Maintenance and Configuration of the Telephony and Videoconferencing infrastructure
  • Manage and develop a local team, sharing skills and expertise to drive business growth

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Advanced knowledge of Cisco TOIP (CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, IPPhone, Cisco SBS, VG2xx.), Webex, and Cisco video conferencing (endpoints, TMS, Pexip)
  • Proficiency in VMware Suite and vSan, with experience in implementing and managing virtualized environments
  • Strong understanding of Storage Knowledge of Kurmi, Telsica, PeterConnects ecosystems, with experience in designing and implementing storage solutions
  • Good knowledge of SIP/H323 protocols and WAN/LAN and security, as well as system administration and PC environment
  • Excellent Team Management/People Skills, with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams

  • CCNA
  • CCNP
  • CCIE (desired)
