About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cisco Lead Engineer to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for leading a small team in supporting a major end client in Luton and the South-west of England.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve complex Telephony and Videoconferencing issues at Level 2 and 3
  • Manage and maintain the MCO of the Telephony and Videoconferencing infrastructure
  • Participate in Telephony and Videoconferencing projects
  • Assist operations teams on an ad hoc basis
  • Manage and develop a local team, sharing skills and expertise
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of Cisco TOIP (CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, IPPhone, Cisco SBS, VG2xx.)
  • Expertise in Webex and Cisco video conferencing (endpoints, TMS, Pexip...)
  • Knowledge of VMware Suite and vSan
  • Storage knowledge of Kurmi, Telsica, PeterConnects ecosystems
  • Good understanding of SIP/H323 protocols and WAN/LAN security
  • System administration and PC environment skills
  • Team management and people skills
Certifications
  • CCNA
  • CCNP
  • CCIE (desired)
