Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our Industrial Disease department. As a key member of our team, you will assist with a caseload of complex Hand Arm Vibrations, Short Tail and Noise Induced Hearing Loss files.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with reviewing and drafting documents related to disease cases
  • Develop an understanding of the litigation process and its application to industrial disease cases
  • Investigate quantum and liability in complex cases
  • Review records and provide detailed analysis

Requirements

  • Experience in assisting on disease cases
  • Understanding of the litigation process
  • Excellent academics
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize a varied caseload
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
