Job Overview

This role is responsible for delivering response maintenance repairs, ensuring repair requests are carried out efficiently and cost-effectively while delivering a first-class service to our customers. The focus will be on the provision of response repair services and void works including fencing, concreting, demolition and general minor build works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working on void and tenanted properties
  • Collaborating with team members to provide a courteous and considerate service to clients and tenants
  • Kerbing and flagging
  • Fencing and block work
  • Concreting and finishing
  • Demolition work
  • Operating plant equipment
  • Maintaining areas of work clean and tidy at the end of each day
  • Meeting client needs under instruction
  • Prioritizing health and safety and using appropriate safety equipment
  • Accurately completing and submitting relevant site-based or company documentation electronically or paper-based as per contract requirements
  • Performing other tasks as required

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the construction industry
  • Demonstrated high levels of customer service
  • Valid CSR Card
  • Full driving license
