Female Support Worker

Rehability UK is a reputable healthcare provider dedicated to supporting adults with complex needs, including Autistic Spectrum Condition, Learning Disability, and Mental Health issues.
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team, working 27 hours per week. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing tailored support to our service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be willing to learn and develop their skills through our comprehensive training program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with cooking and cleaning tasks
- Support service users with daily living activities
- Encourage and promote independence and self-advocacy
- Collaborate with the team to provide a safe and supportive environment
