About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commis Chef or a talented Kitchen Porter looking to take their next step in their hospitality career.

As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food to the highest standards.

You will work closely with our head chef and other team members to ensure that every dish that leaves our kitchen is a masterpiece.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes to the highest standards.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and ingredients.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
