About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Assistant/Office Manager to join our dynamic team in prime central London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Partners and overseeing office operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide PA support to the Partners, including busy diary management and preparation of documents and presentations
  • Manage office operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining a welcoming and productive work environment
  • Handle phone and email enquiries
  • Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, property listings, and client events
  • Manage records and databases, and monitor office processes to ensure efficiency

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry
  • Well-presented, well-spoken, ambitious
  • Interest in real estate
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Proactive, flexible, muck-in, outgoing, confident
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of Xero or similar accounting software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of initiative and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
