Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized tutoring sessions aligned with each student's learning goals, often supporting core subjects like English, math, and science.
  • Adapt and differentiate lesson plans to engage students with SEN or emotional/behavioural challenges, including ADHD, autism spectrum conditions, anxiety, and other learning or developmental needs.

  • Maintain accurate records of each session, tracking attendance, progress, and any behavioural or academic challenges or achievements.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience working with SEN students or those who experience dysregulation is essential.
  • Qualifications: A teaching qualification or degree in education, psychology, or a related field is preferred. Additional training in SEN, trauma-informed practices, or behavioural management is a strong advantage.
