About the Role

We are seeking an English and Maths Specialist to join our team at SCL Education Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to the delivery of high-quality educational programs.

Job Description

This role involves working with teachers and staff to improve the quality of English and Maths delivery across the organisation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance learner outcomes, as well as providing coaching and support to managers on the delivery of English and Maths.

Key Responsibilities
  • To be accountable for the standard of English &/or Maths delivery throughout the department.
  • To comply with and implement the company's Maths & English strategy.
  • To work with the Quality and Operations teams to ensure outstanding quality of the learner experience and achievement in English &/or Maths.
