Care Assistant for Special Needs

As a Care Assistant with our SSN Team, you will have the opportunity to work with children and young people who have complex health conditions and SEN. You will be responsible for assisting qualified staff in the provision of nursing care, including health promotion, as detailed in individual care plans.

- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Healthcare qualification Level 3 or working towards gaining equivalent level.
