Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs) and Light Commercial Vehicles, ensuring they are safe and operational. You will conduct regular inspections and diagnostics on HGVs to identify issues, perform repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems, and collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex issues.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics on HGVs to identify issues.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed on each vehicle.

Requirements

  • Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads as required during repairs.
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
