In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing student engagement, attainment, and life chances, while also gaining valuable experience and skills in a supportive environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work with students who have been exposed to trauma and adverse childhood experiences, providing one-to-one support and helping to increase their independent living skills. They will also assist in preparing learning materials and contribute to the development of the students' social and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting students with diverse needs and backgrounds
  • Preparing and delivering learning materials to enhance student engagement and attainment
  • Contributing to the development of student life skills and promoting independence
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require a degree in Criminology and a genuine passion for working with vulnerable children. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with students and colleagues.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £87 per day, based on the location and industry standards. Additionally, this position offers the chance to work in a specialist mental health school with a dedicated team of professionals, where you can develop your skills and gain valuable experience.
