Customer Service Representative

To support the Customer Service team and UK Fleet Contracts, this role involves working closely with Business Development Managers to win new contracts and developing relationships with customers across the board.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading industry player in the industrial/manufacturing sector as a Customer Service Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling incoming UK orders, queries, and complaints professionally, empathetically, and efficiently.
  • Be the primary point of contact for a select group of customers, building strong relationships and resolving issues promptly.
  • Support new business initiatives as the UK market develops, contributing to the growth and retention of new business.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in supporting key UK fleet contracts, handling incoming telephone orders and queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Communicate and coordinate with customers, third parties, and internal departments (Sales, Operations, Customer Services, Engineering) to ensure successful fleet contract delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records in core systems and other relevant systems, ensuring up-to-date information.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, handling special instructions as required.
  • Process customer returns and support field sales teams in providing quotes and resolving customer queries.
