About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead the Trust's EPR replacement programme, ensuring the successful delivery of a cutting-edge clinical system that aligns with clinical processes and improves patient care.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital transformation, programme management, and stakeholder engagement. They will be responsible for developing and implementing a business change process framework, defining governance arrangements, and managing the migration from legacy systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the EPR replacement programme, ensuring timely and professional reports to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement a business change process framework to support the successful delivery of the new system.
  • Define and direct governance arrangements, including budgetary and risk management.
  • Manage the migration from legacy systems, ensuring seamless integration with the new EPR system.
  • Engage with clinicians, service directors, and other stakeholders to redesign clinical processes and ensure alignment with the new system.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

A strong background in digital transformation, programme management, and stakeholder engagement.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage teams.Experience in managing budgets and resources, with a keen eye for detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical issues.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £75,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
