About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Site Manager to join our team at Connect Central Recruitment Ltd. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of trades and labourers, as well as subcontractors, on fast-track retail fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the work of trades and labourers, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including SMSTS and IPAF certification.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:
