Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee all aspects of production, logistics, materials, and staffing on site. The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Managers to ensure the smooth operation of the site, adhering to company systems, Health & Safety requirements, and legislative regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of production, logistics, materials, and staffing on site.
• Work with the Operations Managers to oversee and enforce existing procedures and processes in accordance with company systems, Health & Safety requirements, and legislative regulations.
• Liaise with Ops Manager to coordinate all ongoing and planned site operations to ensure an efficient operation is maintained and all resources are utilized to their maximum.
• Inspect materials being produced and baled for quality and irregularities, inspect loads leaving site to ensure they are of the expected standard before leaving site.
• Ensure Site Rules and Health & Safety are always adhered to by all site users, reporting all H&S breaches and working with the Management team to continuously improve site operations.
