We are seeking a Senior Locally Employed Doctor in Paediatric ENT to join our team at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ENT and paediatric medicine, with a focus on developing a sub-specialist interest in Paediatric ENT.

The successful candidate will have a medical degree and evidence of completion of higher surgical training in ENT. A strong track record of audit experience and academic achievements, including research and publications, will be highly valued. The ability to work flexibly as part of a team and excellent interpersonal skills are also essential.

Additionally, the candidate must be eligible for GMC registration and have a strong commitment to the development of a sub-specialist interest in Paediatric ENT. Willingness to listen and learn, communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others are also key requirements for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality clinical care to patients with paediatric ENT conditions
  • Develop and implement sub-specialist interests in Paediatric ENT
  • Contribute to the development of audit and research projects
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve excellent patient outcomes

Essential Requirements:

  • Medical degree and evidence of completion of higher surgical training in ENT
  • Evidence of previous training in Paediatric ENT
  • Experience of audit and academic achievements, including research and publications
  • Eligibility for GMC registration
  • Strong commitment to the development of a sub-specialist interest in Paediatric ENT
