Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised Digital Project Coordinator to join our accomplished team at Syntax Consultancy Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of new projects.

About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging project management position within our dynamic IT services company. You will be responsible for ensuring that all project tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, whilst maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a clear understanding of project objectives to provide optimal technical advice.
- Prepare project proposals and estimates in collaboration with the technical team.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of project deliverables, adhering to agreed deadlines and budgets.
- Manage and prioritise workload for a team of developers, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Confidently test deliverables against project briefs for client sign-off, guaranteeing high-quality outputs.

Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in project management and administration, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly desirable: PRINCE2 certification, experience with UX optimisation, and an understanding of digital marketing, business processes, and workflows.
