About the Role:
This role involves providing advice, guidance, and support to managers and staff to ensure the effectiveness of the Trust's arrangements for promoting safe handling & work activities. The post holder will also lead the trust towards compliance with legislation specifically Manual Handling Operations and Display Screen Equipment Regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Registered nurse or allied health professional – physiotherapist/occupational therapist
- Accredited key trainers programme
- Recognised qualification in teaching or training and development
- Recognised moving and handling or ergonomics qualification, postgraduate level (or working towards)
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £46,148 - £52,809 per annum, plus benefits such as flexible working hours, opportunities for career development, and a supportive work environment.
