About the Role

We are seeking a Part Time Supporter Data Officer to support the delivery of the Hospice's supporter data and income operations strategy with a focus on data selections and insight.

This is a part time role of 22.5 hours per week, with a flexible working pattern that can be discussed during the interview process.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a data focussed role, including experience of using a CRM database, and will be able to manipulate complex data sets to identify insights and learnings to support overall, and income stream-specific, fundraising decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and run requested and approved data selections for supporter communications and fundraising activities.
  • Work with the Supporter Data Officer (Income Operations) and fundraising colleagues to ensure data input and processes on the CRM facilitates effective data selection.
  • Manipulate complex data sets to identify insights and learnings to support overall, and income stream-specific, fundraising decision-making.
  • Support with development and maintenance of CRM training and process documentation and deliver appropriate training to colleagues.
