We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Restaurant Ambassador at Malmaison. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, food and beverage, and hospitality. As a Restaurant Ambassador, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for ensuring that every guest has a positive and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable dining experiences for our guests
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and restaurant management to ensure smooth and controlled dining experiences
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, drinks, and services
  • Upsell and promote our products and services to increase revenue and enhance the guest experience
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment, supporting colleagues and promoting a culture of excellence
