We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Restaurant Ambassador to join our team at Malmaison. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that every guest leaves feeling valued and satisfied.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same. As a Restaurant Ambassador, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for managing the flow of service, communicating with the kitchen and restaurant management, and ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and satisfied
  • Manage the flow of service, ensuring that every table is attended to promptly and efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and restaurant management to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Work collaboratively with the food and beverage team to achieve excellent service standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
