About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Sales Executive - Recycled Commodities to join our team at Red Kite Waste. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for sourcing a wide range of waste management materials, including paper and cardboard, from various businesses to increase revenue.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and negotiating deals with suppliers to secure high-quality materials at competitive prices.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in commercial sales or materials sourcing roles.
- Experience in the waste management industry, with a focus on recycled commodities.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and suppliers.
- Self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for sales and business development.
- A full UK driving licence is required due to the nature of the role.
