Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager to join our team at Dornan. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our projects.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in quality assurance and compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in data centers, industrial or power sectors, and possess excellent communication and management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality plans and system inspection and test plans in line with client specifications.
  • Interpret and communicate contract quality requirements to project staff and business functions.
  • C coordinate with clients on quality-related issues and investigate customer queries and complaints.
  • Review and audit the implementation of project quality plans and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain project inspection and test programs and associated witness points.
  • Manage client attendance at inspection and witness points in accordance with project contracts and handover programs.
  • Resolve quality matters at project management team and supervisor levels.
  • Hand over quality records to clients on a system-by-system basis.
  • Promote good quality through team training sessions and benchmark activities.
  • Implement structured approaches towards systems handover/project completion.
Requirements
  • Third-level degree or relevant industry experience.
  • Experience in data centers/industrial or power sectors is essential.
  • An electrical background would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Sound knowledge of CSA/mechanical/electrical.
  • Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and management skills.
Working Conditions

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $80,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Benefits include opportunities for professional development and a competitive compensation package.
