Are you passionate about education and making a difference in the lives of children?

Teaching Personnel is looking for an experienced and dedicated primary school teacher to join our team as a temporary educator in Swansea.

In this role, you will be responsible for teaching key stage 1 and 2 students at various primary schools across Swansea. As a successful candidate, you will possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and expertise in the primary school curriculum.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
  • Developing and delivering engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Assessing and tracking pupil progress, identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and enhance teaching strategies

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Primary school curriculum expertise and effective planning abilities
  • Eligibility to work in the UK and ability to pass enhanced DBS checks
  • Driving Licence (desired but not essential)

Salary: £29,000 - £39,000 per annum based on experience. The salary range reflects the company's commitment to providing competitive compensation for their educators.
