Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the EggChaser retail store under the direction of the e-commerce lead
  • Lead and assist new team members carrying out day-to-day retail tasks
  • Assist the E-Commerce lead with the fulfillment of orders
  • Liaise with the Events Manager, COO, and E-Commerce lead on various growth areas for the brand online and in-store
  • Connect with new and existing partners to grow our family of business partners supporting various clubs, brands, and events
  • Answer and reply to enquiries from telephone customers
  • Assist and lead with various parts of EggChaser events

This role requires excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. The successful candidate will be a team player who is proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
