We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Coordinator to join our team at TEAM. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and delivering a range of events and customer engagement activations that showcase our industry presence and build strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver a programme of events and customer engagement activations, including thought leadership events, client hospitality, and hosted events, to provide positive client relationships and support retention.
- Manage industry association memberships, including sponsorship activations at awards, conferences, and key industry events.
- Support the delivery of an improved organiser customer journey in partnership with account/event managers, creating required content and information, and integrating feedback mechanisms.
- Deliver all brand and venue marketing as required by sales and event management teams.
- Plan and deliver the organiser Christmas Party within budget, while maximising opportunities for customer engagement.
- Significant experience of marketing and communications in a fast-moving, creative environment.
- Proven event planning and project management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong planning and copywriting skills.
