Culinary Support Specialist

As a Kitchen Porter at Lounge, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for someone who is driven, enthusiastic, and able to work well under pressure.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Head Chef in maintaining the highest standards of kitchen hygiene and organization. You will also play a key role in supporting our chefs to ensure that every dish meets our high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Assisting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Helping to prepare food on-spec, on-time, every time
- Supporting our chefs to ensure that every dish meets our high quality standards
- Tips shared equally across the team based on hours worked
- Paid breaks
