The ideal candidate will have experience in capital sales, particularly in the emergency device market, and a strong ability to build brand presence and relationships with key business partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and achieve targets through strategic planning and execution
- Develop and maintain a strong brand presence within the life-saving device market
- Manage and develop key accounts within the territory
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key business partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with points of contact
- Territory Management:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
- Monitor and deliver required activity levels to achieve sales targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in existing and new accounts
- Develop and maintain an adequate pipeline of potential sales to meet territory sales expectations
- Develop and implement tactical plans to achieve sales objectives
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved and maintained
Sales Discipline:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records, including account profiles
