The ideal candidate will have experience in capital sales, particularly in the emergency device market, and a strong ability to build brand presence and relationships with key business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and achieve targets through strategic planning and execution
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand presence within the life-saving device market
  • Manage and develop key accounts within the territory
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key business partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with points of contact
  • Territory Management:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
  • Monitor and deliver required activity levels to achieve sales targets
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in existing and new accounts
  • Develop and maintain an adequate pipeline of potential sales to meet territory sales expectations
  • Develop and implement tactical plans to achieve sales objectives
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved and maintained

Sales Discipline:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records, including account profiles
  • Provide regular sales reports to management in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage and maintain demo and evaluation inventory in good working condition
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience selling capital equipment in the medical devices sector
  • Proven track record in working within the life-saving device market
