We are seeking a highly skilled Haematology Technical Lead to join our Blood Sciences team at The London Clinic in Central London. This is a full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, with shifts between 08:00 - 20:00 hrs Mon - Friday.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will lead the Blood Sciences team, supporting the Chief BMS in providing an efficient and effective service, and will work alongside Blood Sciences team members and leaders to cultivate and maintain a culture in which staff are continuously improving to deliver a high quality, efficient and effective service.

Requirements

The successful candidate will require H.C.P.C post-registration Blood Sciences laboratory experience, comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge of Haematology, good understanding of quality management systems and ISO standards, and previous experience in Haematology of at least 5 years.
