Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Pharmacist in Haematology and Aseptic Services to join our Pharmacy Department at The London Clinic. This is a 12 month fixed term position.

About the Role

The Lead Pharmacist will be responsible for managing clinical pharmacy services to all haematology areas, including SCT and ATMP. The successful candidate will also lead an effective clinical pharmacy service to all Haematology areas, develop and implement Intrathecal chemotherapy policies, and provide support to nursing areas to ensure compliance with legislation and good clinical practice initiatives.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have extensive post registration experience in clinical hospital pharmacy, experience in haematology/oncology services, leadership and supervisory experience, and be a Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council of Great Britain. A post graduate Clinical Pharmacy qualification or experience equivalent to Diploma or Msc in Clinical Pharmacy is also desirable.
