Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert nursing care for patients on the cardiac rehabilitation pathway, ensuring high-quality, safe, and compassionate care.
  • Act as a resource for medical and nursing colleagues within primary and secondary care settings, providing specialist knowledge and advice.
  • Participate in service improvement initiatives and audits, contributing to the implementation of national guidelines and standards.
Requirements:
  • Essential qualifications: First-level nursing registration, post-registration qualification in cardiac nursing, and evidence of continued professional development.
  • Desirable qualifications: Non-medical prescribing qualification, advanced assessment skills, and working towards a Master's level qualification.
Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of £46,119 - £65,216 per annum, depending on experience.
