Company Overview: Our client, a leading NI employer, is seeking a highly skilled Digital Adoption Coach to support the implementation of a new software system across various locations on a temporary basis. This is an urgent requirement, offering the right candidate with an immediate start.

Job Description:

  • Deliver comprehensive training to groups of end users, ensuring seamless adoption of the new system.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager to develop effective training materials and course content, aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Work closely with Training Managers to integrate training programs and ensure consistent delivery.
  • Assess and update training records to maintain accurate progress tracking, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Administer end-user proficiency assessments to evaluate knowledge retention and inform future training strategies.

Requirements:

  • A degree or relevant professional qualification in a related field.
  • Proven experience working in a training environment or similar, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality training sessions.
  • Excellent presentation skills, coupled with strong communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel packages, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • A valid driving licence, with access to a car for business travel.

Estimated Salary: £27,055 per annum
