About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team at ResMed. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our assigned customers and accounts, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for operational and tactical issues, ensuring delivery of all services to customers.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Work with new and existing distributors on sales plans and implement them to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor distribution performance and take corrective actions to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Use data to forecast, track, and measure performance in line with business goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in medical devices within the NHS.
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
