This is a unique opportunity to join a global organisation undergoing an exciting digital transformation. As Data Strategy Lead, you will collaborate with functional teams to optimize current data flows and processes, and work with colleagues across the business to drive the wider digital transformation agenda.

This role will include data architecture, data quality, strategy, and business partnering with stakeholders throughout the wider group. Your responsibilities will be to ensure the integrity, compatibility, and effectiveness of digital solutions within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As Digital Data Steward, ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of data used daily, and strategic decision-making.
  • Formulate a clear strategy outlining goals, processes, and technologies for data integration and workflow simplification.
  • Partner with IT, D&A, Finance, and Operations teams to establish robust data governance practices and optimize workflows.

Requirements:

  • A track record of implementing digital tools and technologies to optimise data workflows.
  • Knowledge of how to map business processes and data workflows.
  • Proven experience in data management and digital transformation projects.

Benefits:

A competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, hybrid working arrangements, and the opportunity to work with a global organisation undergoing significant digital transformation.
