Responsibilities:

  • To deliver high-quality training sessions to groups of varying sizes and backgrounds
  • To maintain accurate records of training delivery and evaluation, ensuring consistency and quality
  • To collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless integration of training programs

Requirements:

  • Possession of relevant teaching or training qualifications (e.g., PGCE, Level 5 Diploma)
  • Experience in a training or development role, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different situations
  • A competitive salary of £30,841 per annum is offered, along with a generous annual leave entitlement
