About the Role

As an Apprentice Crew Member at McDonald's, you will be part of a dynamic team that strives to provide exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to work towards a Level 2 Hospitality Team Member Standard, equivalent to 5 GCSEs, while developing your skills in food preparation, hygiene, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare customer food and drinks to a high standard, adhering to McDonald's quality and safety guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, adapting to individual needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with knowledge on menu items, promotions, and company policies.
  • Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines, and management direction.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness, following all workplace safety and food hygiene procedures.
  • Take ownership of your training, seeking opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements

  • You must be friendly, courteous, and helpful, with excellent teamwork skills.
  • You should be confident in approaching and interacting with diverse groups of people.
  • You will need to understand the importance of maintaining high standards of quality and service, as well as cleanliness.
  • You must be able to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.
  • Your appearance should be smart and clean, reflecting the McDonald's brand.
