Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Line Chef to join our kitchen team. As a Line Chef, you will be responsible for preparing food orders to our specifications and timings. You will work alongside other kitchen crew members to ensure seamless food preparation and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare food orders to Archie's specifications and timings
  • Undertake food preparation as instructed by the Kitchen Manager, Kitchen Assistant Manager, or Kitchen Supervisor
  • Be organized and familiar with our menu after training
  • Record keeping in line with Due Diligence rules
  • Adhere to the menu and portion sizes
  • Follow cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen area
  • Health & Food Safety procedures followed
  • Uphold cleanliness at all times with a clean as you go approach to your work
