Indirect Strategic Sourcing Manager

Bramwith Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Indirect Strategic Sourcing Manager to drive innovation and excellence in indirect procurement for a multi-billion-pound organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing Leadership: Lead multi-million-pound sourcing initiatives across indirect service categories, including Travel, FM, HR, Marketing, Consultancy, and Professional Services.
  2. Sourcing Strategy Development: Develop and implement robust sourcing frameworks, ensuring alignment with governance, compliance, and risk management requirements.
  3. Demand Management and Value Optimisation: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to challenge procurement needs, streamline processes, and maximise commercial value across various business units.
  4. Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and market developments, using insights to shape best-in-class sourcing practices that drive total cost of ownership improvements.
