Job Title: Senior Planning Manager H/F

At Firstaff Personnel Consultants, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies to ensure the procurement of high-quality materials and services at the best possible cost.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to meet the company's objectives for cost, quality, and delivery.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify sourcing opportunities and assess supplier capabilities.
  • Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement programs as necessary.
  • Track and report on cost performance against budget and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure sourcing activities comply with industry regulations, such as ITAR and FAR, and company policies.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities and performance.
  • Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and other departments to ensure sourcing activities meet their needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing best practices, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
  • Proficiency in sourcing software and other relevant technologies.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute operationally, balancing short-term needs with long-term objectives.
