Job Purpose

You'll play a key role in the success of your store by collaborating with in-store colleagues and our UK Sales Team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You'll use your people skills to maximize sales and market share of AkzoNobel products and accessories in your store, while also carrying out customer deliveries to homes and businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Use our client service tools to ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Support your store's monthly customer contact plan.
  • Follow the merchandising plan to restock the shop floor.
  • Load the van and plan delivery routes.
  • Develop your skills and encourage colleagues to do so using our training tools.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service or retail role.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Calm under pressure.
