Job Purpose:

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant/Driver. As a key member of our store team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. You'll work closely with our UK Sales Team to provide personalized service, maximize sales, and build strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm welcome and informed conversation to customers, ensuring a consistent and personalized experience.
  • Support the store's monthly customer contact plan and follow the merchandising plan to restock the shop floor.
  • Load the van and plan delivery routes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.
  • Develop your skills and encourage colleagues to do so using our training tools.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or retail role.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Calm under pressure and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
