A fantastic job has become available for a talented Senior Staff Nurse to work in a pioneering private mental health hospital based in South West London.

About the Position

This is a permanent full-time role that requires a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse with a current active NMC Pin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising and leading teams, monitoring and reviewing Nursing Care plans, and providing high-quality care to patients with mental illness and personality disorders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a defined group of team members and contributing to their overall CPD, mandatory training, and appraisal process.

Job Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

  1. Be qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
  2. Have experience in supervising and leading teams
  3. Be able to monitor and review Nursing Care plans
  4. Provide high-quality care to patients with mental illness and personality disorders
  5. Contribute to patient assessments and compile a plan of care alongside the individual
