Hays Construction and Property is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Management: Manage direct labour and subcontractors, coordinate all site operations, and maintain accurate site records.
- Project Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered safely, within budget, and to specified quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate delivery teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in civil, mechanical, and/or electrical works within the water industry.
- Certifications: Hold CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrate successful experience in leading delivery teams and sound organisational and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer
- Competitive Salary: Up to £62,000 (negotiable depending on experience).
- Company Benefits: Company car or car allowance, 24 days' annual leave (with the option to buy/sell more) plus statutory holidays, life assurance, and matched pension contribution.
