PMO Lead Opportunity

Crimson is seeking a highly skilled PMO Lead to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our project management office, you will be responsible for leading a comprehensive project focused on implementing a full-scale stock solution across our client's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project governance and ensure adherence to timelines
  • Manage the budget and facilitate clear communication among stakeholders
  • Supervise three main workstreams: Systems, Processes, and Data
  • Ensure seamless integration and alignment of workstream activities with project objectives
  • Promote communication and collaboration among workstream leads
  • Identify and allocate project resources, optimizing utilization and capacity planning
  • Address resource conflicts and prioritize tasks
  • Assist in the development and training of project team members
  • Establish strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders
  • Organize regular stakeholder meetings and ensure transparent communication of project progress

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in managing complex, multi-workstream project environments
  • Demonstrated success in leading intricate projects from initiation through to completion
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Skilled in using project management tools and software
  • Resource Management and Risk Management experience
