**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Perfect Placement. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the Bradford and Sheffield areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to consistently increase sales revenues from mechanical customers
  • Identify, secure, and develop new customer accounts within the territory
  • Effectively manage time to maximize opportunities from customer visits
  • Achieve target KPIs and revenue objectives in the territory

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a business development manager role
  • Previous experience in a dealership parts role is desirable
  • Experience of managing accounts and growing a customer base
  • Ability to effectively engage and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • High degree of IT literacy
