We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Collections Specialist at Pertemps Bond. As a key member of our collections division, you will be responsible for handling a multitude of telephone calls to arrange payment of outstanding debts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate terms and conditions of repayment agreements clearly and accurately to customers
  • Handle accurate data entry of customer payment details and maintain up-to-date records
  • Follow key processes to ensure service delivery is to a high standard, meeting or exceeding performance targets

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner

  • Previous experience in a collections or customer service role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
