About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled PMO Analyst to join our team at Tunstall Healthcare. As a PMO Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and programs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure progress reports are produced, quality checked, and issued in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio resource capacity model to reflect resource allocation and ensure Tick timesheet submissions align with the resource profile.
  • Support the design, development, and roll-out of an end-to-end Change Delivery process, integrated with SAFe and incorporating a streamlined NPI process.
  • Ensure a Lessons Learnt document is produced and reviewed at the end of each project and program, and maintain a prioritized list of improvements.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience as a PMO Analyst in a stable PMO environment and in a maturing PMO environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and portfolio delivery knowledge to undertake proactive assessment of projects to identify forward-looking issues requiring early escalation and resolution.
  • Proven ability to build strong and credible working relationships at all levels and across all functions and regions.
  • Expertise in the design, development, and embedding of streamlined Change Delivery processes integrated with SAFe and within a regulated industry.
  • Mature interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships between PMO and Project/Programme Managers.
  • Ability to operate the right balance between challenge and support with stakeholders and Project/Programme Managers.
  • Strong change delivery leadership capability, operating collaboratively with others while driving performance at pace.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in the use of applications and packages to support and enable effective and efficient PMO activities.
  • Good knowledge of Project Management and SAFe processes, tools, and best practice.
  • Well-organized and with good administration skills.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to work under pressure.
