Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their team in Sussex. The successful candidate will provide technical support to Advisers, ensuring the effective management of client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Knowledge and Support
    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of financial products, procedures, and regulations.
    • Provide technical assistance to Advisers, ensuring accurate and timely completion of client reports and documentation.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling correspondence, meetings, and other client interactions.
    • Ensure seamless communication with clients, providing regular updates on progress and completed transactions.
  • Administrative Support
    • Assist Advisers in utilizing toolsets to provide data for client identification, including lifestyle planning, risk reports, and investment analysis.
    • Conduct research to support advice from Advisers, including analysis, technical product research, and producing illustrations.
  • Provider and Compliance Support
    • Act as the main point of contact between Providers and Advisers, handling transfers, set-ups, and administration of investments and policies.
    • Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of client fees and commission in Intelligent Office, supporting accurate monthly payments and FCA RMAR reporting.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks and Projects
    • Perform ad-hoc paraplanning tasks on behalf of Advisers, as required.
    • Support the Head of Support Services in defining and carrying out organizational projects and initiatives.
