Post Adoption & SGO Team Manager Role

NonStop Care is working with a Good Ofsted local authority in the East Midlands to recruit a Team Manager to join their Post Adoption & SGO service. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Team Manager in children's services and a passion for delivering the best possible impact on the lives of service users.

As a hybrid working opportunity, this role allows you to manage your own diary and maximise the time spent in the comfort of your own home, creating a fantastic work-life balance.

Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Overseeing a team of experienced social workers
  • Working closely with other Team Managers and Service Managers to improve the quality and development of the service
  • Positively influencing the development of their team and staff, and the experience of children, young people and their families

Requirements:

  • A degree in Social Work and registration with Social Work England
  • An up-to-date DBS check
  • Experience holding a Team Manager role in children's services
  • Working knowledge of the legislative framework and relevant guidance and procedures
